camp!

hello crossies! camp is over!!!! *cries, wails, rolls on the floor* but nevermind. its not the end of the fun yet! but oh man camp was fun =) all the dunking in the sea, the water bombs, basically the fellowship. and the bbq was funnnn. hahahaha. especially watching some of us dance. hahahahah. oh yes, you know who im talking about. the sharing was painful(for me at least)! but we gotta learn from it right? and the goal setting has been done.

just want to thank you guys for making camp so enjoyable and funky. and keep up the spirits okay!! after the sharing and the goal setting session at least those who shared, we all know how you feel and we can address the situation(i sound so cheem). we're a team right! so we stick together, through everything. you are never alone in cross okay! even if it feels like it. there's is always someone waiting to catch you if you fall.

dont lose hope, chins up and smile!! always here for you all! MERRY CHRISTMAS!! enjoy the hols and see you all in training on monday! rock on crossies. we can get through this!
