hey crossies!! omg sentosa training was THE BEST ahahha. had so much fun. ahh! liankim i hope your mum didnt skin you alive for losing your glasses!! really sorry it happened! if there were a pair of goggles i would have tried to find em at the bottom.

anyhow. lets see it was soooooo fun! but im super burnt now lah. like i think my face is gonna peel. i wonder how sann is doing. shes really burnt. so cute and pink now, she is. the run was torturous man. like 1hr continuous under the SUN in the scorching HEAT on SAND somemore. but damn it was good. i love running on sand!! even if it kills me. dont you just love it? =) i do. haha then the slide and the jetty like thing was sooo fun! just play and play and play. the slide was super fun! maybe except the part where sann knocked the wind out of me but other than that it was so fun! haha. oh and happy day! glor finally went down the slide. yay! that was fun to watch i must say. and all the double and triple sliding down was positively hilarious. hahaha. i can still remember it.

okay then. tomorrow training at macritchie at 8? or was it 830? oh well, something like that. but whtever it is, see you all bright and early again yeah? take care.
