Heyy! Do you guys want to go to SENTOSA after training this coming Sat (3rd Sep) then go Tiff's house cos it's pretty near by. Erm, I don't think many of you are gonna read this though so those who do, could you're tell the rest, but it's up to you if you want to go. haiyoh. i shld be the cautious one right. lol. i dont think anyone wld actually make the effort to stalk me anyway. but i've sent it as an email to the whole team lah. i didnt want to do this in the first place cos there're many pple who's email are super weird and therefore doesnt even exist in the first place which results in pple missing out info.

soo yes....i'm really glad that a few of us (sec 4s) could join you all at trg. it felt good to ache again..haha. honestly, i'm aching like crazy now coz of the lunges but it feels really good. i know trg is like 'whoa' now and its gonna get tougher but you guys are gonna be really strong. just keep at it. keep supporting one another yea : )
